Drift Eliminators, made from rigid PVC, are designed to remove entrained particles from air steam efficiently, with minimum pressure drop, thereby reducing the fan power requirement when the air passes through the Drift Eliminator.
Water droplets are separated from the air drift at the three direction change points on the drift eliminator.

Modules "nest" with the modules next to them to provide "seamless" drift removal. This nesting design eliminates gaps between packs that can allow drift droplets to bypass the drift eliminators, saving material & labor costs and reducing air blockage.

Material : Drift eliminators are constructed of UV-stabilized PVC. This compound has outstanding resistance to weather exposure and is nearly impervious to chemical degradation by alkalis, acids, greases, fats, oils, and biological attacks. It also has an excellent fire rating due to its self-extinguishing characteristics and meets or exceeds Cooling Technology Institute Standard 136.
